Strange as the assassin was, the maid did not try to seduce or even talk to him, only sat there still and spoke no word. The assassin could hear her colleagues chatting outside, bad mouthing the "strange one" as they probably always did. Glancing upon the maid, she seemed to give off an unique scent that found hardly anywhere, as if she wasn't supposed to belong in here. The 2 of them sat quietly in the room, letting the time flows.
Finally in a chance of coincidence they talked, and found out that they both neither speak nor act like commoners. Through conversation they found actually the assassin is the offspring of a fall Wind Noble (Most famous and powerful Erudite family in the Realm and its history. The family borned countless heroes and some villians, each masters in magic and swords.), while the maid used to be daughter of a Noble in an Eastern Kingdom, but lost her family and country during the Great War, then forced to work in a throttle for living. The 2 of them met in that Age of Chaos, attracted by each other, then, the assassin used all his wealth, including his family swords to exchange for the maid's freedom.
 
Taking her to walk across the world, they have been through many suffering and pain. However in the end it wasn't so bad as they always stayed beside each other. They were no long alone, leaning and depending on their loved ones amist all the sorrow. During the times of the Great Wars, they travelled and made companions, fighting against fate with all they had and never giving up, even when in the end, they don't know where the future lies and their bodies were crippled and cursed by magic during those long battle days.
Later on they met Rio, and promised with him to let him look after their future child. Eventually the Great War has ended, and the couple, along with their companions returned to Green Valley and rebuilt a home village for their children. And then, they decided to leave to elsewhere in order to protect their children from the magical curses of their bodies.
 
They have became from young men and women to parents, and perhaps still clumsy and immature. But whether suffering or sadness, whether the children would understand or not, they decided to try their every effort to do what they could, to pass on the hope from themselves to the children by giving all that they had...
 
And then, in that snowing night, then left silently... "
